After several months of renovation, the E. Arsenio Manuel Library (also known as the Anthropology Library) is now open to the public, especially for students and researchers. The Library is open from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. every Wednesdays to Fridays. All materials are for room use only. The E. Arsenio Manuel Library is located at Room 309, 3/F Palma Hall, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
