Brief Profile
I am a Bikolano cultural anthropologist, and a Dominican priest trained in UP Department of Anthropology for Masters and doctoral degrees in anthropology and a part time faculty member of the same department. I also teach various philosophy courses at the Faculty of Philosophy and at the Graduate School of the University of Santo Tomas. Research interests are on anthropology and its role in the production of knowledge, religion, modernity, and collective memory.
